Firstly, ensure your skin is completely clean by using an Exfoliating Mitt to polish away any existing products. Next, pump the Self Tanning Foam onto an applicator Mitt to avoid staining hands, then smooth over your legs, arms and body using long sweeping motions. Use the remaining product on the mitt to apply on your face, elbows and knees. You can wash away the tan after 4 hours, or for an even longer-lasting result, leave on the skin for up to 6 hours before washing!
