Tell us about your practise?

I embody and teach under the principle that the single most impactful healing and expansion you will ever experience is from the observation of what tensions constriction and negative thought patterns you are holding in the mundane moments. It is very easy for me to take any single person or large group into a cathartic state, but my belief is that no cathartic experience will ever provide you with more healing than that of the observation of where you are holding constriction in the small moments.

I practice meditation, mindfulness and Qigong immediately after waking every morning. Move my body by walking, yoga/functional movement/Pilates, and other activities. I also practice and teach a lot of EFT, somatic therapy, lymphatic drainage and other things too. It is a very diverse practice but simple once you understand the pillars of and communication with the mind and body. These are all available on the Amavi portal.
