RETURNS POLICY
We always want our customers to have the ultimate shopping experience and receive beauty gifts that you'll love. However, if you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 90 days of your purchase date.
- Refund - if product returned is in a new, unused and resaleable condition
- Exchange/store credit - if product returned has been lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped
To be able to return or exchange a product, please provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt of purchase).
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
SEND YOUR PARCEL BACK TO US VIA POST
- Check that you meet the above return conditions.
- Find your order/receipt number.
- Contact our Customer Help Experts via email at hello@loyalcrush.com.
- Drop your parcel at the Aus Post ( 3/67 Centennial Circuit - Byron Bay 2481)
- If you have simply changed your mind about the purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive your parcel back to our office, we can process a full refund.
