All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Byron Bay warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm AEST are processed the same business day, otherwise they will be dispatched the next business day.

Can I return opened products?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or sampled products are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit unless deemed faulty.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Please allow 4-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only ship within Australia.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel using the link provided.
