Chibs Okereke is a meditation teacher and burnout coach who has dedicated his life to helping individuals overcome stress and burnout through mindfulness practices. Chibs is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and holds a degree in Computer Science. However, after years of working in the tech industry, he experienced burnout firsthand, which led him to turn to meditation as a way to manage his stress and find inner peace.

Chibs has been practicing meditation for over a decade and has studied with some of the most respected teachers in the field. He has also completed a number of retreats and training programs in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and compassion-focused therapy (CFT).
Chibs's approach to mindfulness is grounded in science and focuses on practical techniques that can be easily integrated into everyday life. He believes that meditation is a powerful tool for managing stress and preventing burnout, and he teaches individuals how to use mindfulness to develop resilience, cultivate compassion, and find inner peace.
In addition to his work as a meditation teacher, Chibs is also a burnout coach, and he works with individuals and organisations to help prevent burnout and promote well-being. He uses his personal experience with burnout, as well as his extensive training in mindfulness, to help individuals and organisations create healthier work environments and develop strategies for managing stress and preventing burnout.
