Ingredients

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) 10:1 water extract, equivalent to dry root 5 g per two-capsule serving. Capsule excipients include leucine and colloidal anhydrous silica.

How to use

Adults take two capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take in the morning, evening, or split the serving to suit your routine.

Important information

Not recommended with hyperthyroidism unless supervised by a practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner during pregnancy. Contraindicated for nightshade allergies. Always follow the product label; if symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.

Packed in Miron violet glass which protects from damaging UV rays. A silica-based desiccant is included to absorb moisture. Keep herbs dry and tightly sealed.
