As a base coat, this Dual Base & Top Coat is a breathable formula that smooths the nail’s ridged surface and acts as a double-sided sticky layer that holds fast to both the nail and the colour.

As a top coat, containing Pro-Vitamin B5 and celery seed, it protects the nails with a durable and chip-resistant finish.

Research shows Celery Seed Extract helps strengthen and smooth out the nails, eliminate discolouration, and keep the nails chip-free for longer.

Its addition, it also assists in nail strengthening and thickening.

Like all Scout Nail Polishes, the Top and Base Coat is infused with Broccoli Seed Extract rich in Vitamins A, B, K, E and contains up to 100 times the antioxidant compounds of a Broccoli head, which assists in moisturising and hydrating the nails through outstanding water retaining properties.

Bamboo Isoflavones deliver impressive nutrients to the nail, boosting resiliency against chips and scratches, whilst providing long term shine and more vibrant polish colours.

The addition of Camellia Seed Oil nourishes and hydrates the skin and cuticles.

Start by applying a layer of SCOUT Dual Base & Top Coat, followed by two coats of colour for optimal vibrancy. Once finished, layer with another coat of SCOUT Dual Base & Top Coat for flawless and long lasting nails.
