The 'I Need A Moment' herbal tea is a calming blend that gives you space for 'me time'.

This combination of wild-grown Chamomile, Passionflower, Lavender will bring the peace with Valerian which is believed to increase the amount of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. As a neurotransmitter, GABA inhibits unwanted nervous system activity and studies have shown that increased levels of GABA in the brain lead to falling asleep faster and experiencing better sleep.

Drink before bed time, creating a space of serenity and calm, and allow the herbs calming effects to take you away to peaceful sleep.

Useage

Add 1-2 teaspoons to a cup and steep in hot water for 4 minutes to extract the full flavour and benefits.
