Oakley is from the EASY NEON collection and can be described as a fiery bright orange neon. Oakley comes equipped with the Z-Wide Brush.
 
EasyNeons do not require any special base coat, and dry matte - but can be worn with a top coat to add a high shine finish. We recommend Naked Manicure Ultra Glossy Seal.

Due to the unique matte formulation, colour is typically not as long-wearing as traditional nail colour.

Please note: Neon pigments may vary slightly from batch to batch. This is a highly pigmented shade. We recommend applying a base coat to prevent potential staining.

Apply a base coat if using. Apply one coat of nail polish from cuticle to fingertip. Wait approx. 5 minutes and apply a second coat. Apply a top coat if using.
