Hold the File Correctly: Hold the file at a slight angle to your nail.
File in One Direction: Unlike traditional emery boards, crystal nail files should be used in one direction only. This helps to avoid splitting and damaging the nails.
Gentle Pressure: Apply gentle pressure and avoid using too much force. Crystal nail files are very effective with minimal pressure.
Smooth Motion: Use smooth, even strokes from the side of the nail to the center. Avoid sawing back and forth, which can weaken the nails.
